We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the rooms being cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided daily. The hotel facilities were great, with a 24/7 reception and a small balcony in our room. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and close to two good restaurants. there was a shop nearby and it was easy to get to the train station for sightseeing.

We stayed in a hotel in a great location, not far from the city center. It was near a metro station that took us directly to the famous Duomo. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a fantastic view of the city skyline. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The breakfast spread was satisfactory, offering a good variety of options. We also appreciated the convenient facilities, such as the luggage storage service for late flights and the option to have a nice balcony overlooking a peaceful park.

There was only one key available, and we had to leave it at the reception whenever we went out, which made us feel a bit insecure.
